Just a quick update … The Rocky Mountain News is reporting that Colorado Rep. Beth McCann plans to introduce a bill to strengthen puppy mill regulations in Colorado. The bill would cap the number of breeding dogs allowed at a facility, which will help prevent the worst abuses at puppy. |
