A self-described “cat man,” Bill Geist of CBS goes to the dogs with his new pet, Daphne.

Geist and his wife searched Petfinder.com and found their perfect match at a rescue shelter in Easley, S.C. And the shelter offered free delivery to New York City and after a 15-hour drive, Daphne arrived and the adventure begins.

Bill knew raising a puppy would be a challenge, but he said that he really had no idea … “You practically have to quit your job.”
