Since 1962, Dr. Edward A Garcia DVM has given thousands of dollars to assist Denver’s Homeless Pets, Senior Citizens & The Poverty Stricken. In 2008, he teamed up with the Non-Profit Organization Pets 4 People to continue his work. However, he is at risk of losing The North Metro Pet Hospital to rising costs and property taxes.

Now is your chance to give back to Denver’s oldest and best Vet.

You can help raise money for The North Metro Pet Hospital on Saturday, October 25, 2009, by checking out the Denver’s only Haunted Animal Hospital. The Haunted Animal Hospital is located at 1050 West 47th Ave at I-70 & Pecos St. Admission is $10 for adults but dogs and kids are free.

At the Haunted Animal Hospital you and your pooch can walk a trail of thrills and scary passages. In addition, there will be a pet caricature artist, animal psychics, pet vendors, prizes, raffles and more. There will also be on site professional dog wash and low cost vaccination clinic.
